2. Project Description:
The “Straight Talk” project aims to provide comprehensive support to people in Ukraine struggling with alcohol and drug dependency issues. The initiative includes establishing rehabilitation centers and offering psychotherapeutic support through specialized programs: detoxification, residential recovery, and outpatient treatment.

3. Relevance:
The war and social upheavals have forced thousands in Ukraine to face dependency issues as they endure extreme stress, loss of loved ones, and displacement. The lack of adequate support deepens dependency. The Straight Talk ” project seeks to reduce dependency rates in the country, providing rehabilitation and social reintegration.

4. Project Goals:
1. Provide psychotherapeutic assistance and counseling to individuals with dependencies.
2. Establish rehabilitation centers with a capacity for 12 individuals each.
3. Implement three core programs:
• Detoxification (7 days): Body cleansing and stabilization.
• Residential (1 month): Intensive inpatient rehabilitation course.
• Outpatient (1 year): Outpatient treatment with support for social reintegration.
4. Conduct awareness campaigns and training to increase understanding of dependency issues.

5. Expected Results:
• Short-term: Reduction in anxiety and dependency symptoms, emotional stabilization of participants.
• Long-term: Decreased dependency rates, successful social integration of rehabilitation center graduates, and reduced relapse cases.

6. Budget:
Total Budget: $1.5 million per year, allocated as follows:
1. Detoxification: $300,000 (includes medication, support staff, and resources to assist 12 participants per month).
2. Residential: $700,000 (inpatient treatment in rehabilitation centers for 12 people, including accommodation, meals, and medical support).
3. Outpatient Support: $300,000 (year-long support for participants, including regular counseling, group meetings, and therapeutic sessions).
4. Awareness Campaigns and Training: $200,000 (includes materials, expert engagement, and event organization).
